Jessica was wonderful at the Lakewood ranch location. Very friendly and took her time during my acrylic fill and pedicure. She was very gentle and precise. The atmosphere was relaxing as was the treatment.

I booked the last appointment of the day for a pedicure which I had done. Then Jessica offered to do nails for me as well since someone else in the salon was already going to do their nails as well. I just want to say how truly grateful I am to Jessica for going above and beyond for me today. Even though the salon was about to close, she still took the time to do my nails without rushing anything. On top of that, she even added an eyebrow wax, which I really appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about their clients the way she does.
